I greatly appreciate everyone's support during the campaign. I learned many things in the process of running for office which I will put to good use use in the future. Having placed no ads and used only one hand painted on canvas lawn sign I am told that getting 4% of the incumbant's votes is good for a first timer. This tells me that my ideas struck a chord with many of you and for that I am greatful. So to Bill Saundercook, who actually turned out to be a nicer guy than I expected, congratulations - and feel free to use any ideas you heard me voice during our debates. I'll keep my website and email up for you to reference. To Dave Garrick, I think you're a sincere and classy guy with a great sense of humour. We disagree on a few points, but you had the honesty to put your ideas on the table. Frances, you could have won easily if you were running in any other Ward. Linda, it was nice to finally meet you on election day. And as for the rest, well, I was always taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all ;) Til we meet again, keep in touch!
